This refund policy applies to subscriptions provided by New Idea Ventures (Pty) Ltd, trading as PhotonDisk.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase by contacting us at [email protected].

Refunds are processed by our third-party payment processors and will be issued to your original payment method in accordance with the processor's terms. We currently use Paddle; see the Paddle Buyer Terms for details.
